Leah Hessler joined Ellwood Interiors as office manager in 2015. Brimming with dedication and positive energy, Leah keeps things organized and creates an inspiring workplace culture. She is proud to serve on a team of talented, hard working, and humorous women.
A big fan of well-ordered spreadsheets, delicious lunches, and jokes, Leah loves collaborating and problem solving in a creative environment. Like everyone else on the team, she prioritizes people first. Whether she’s building vital relationships with vendors or making sure deliveries arrive on time, Leah elevates every aspect of customer service.Thanks to her work behind the scenes, Ellwood Interiors is able to provide clients with award-winning design and an enjoyable experience.
Leah studied at Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida, earning a bachelor’s degree in visual art. This background, along with her talent and artistic perspective helps her easily see eye-to-eye with the design team. She mastered her administrative skills working in busy California offices and in the Chicago special events décor industry before returning to Michigan with her husband in 2013.
In addition to all she does professionally, she is also the busy mom of two daughters. When afforded moments to herself, she enjoys swimming, gardening, and painting. She finds happiness in balancing her work, family, and creative aspirations.
